Fabulous value for money.
At this time of the year the value for money was excellent. Spacious and modern room, nice bathroom. I was offered a free room upgrade, thank you
Starts showing signs of age, hot room, but was fixed. Generous breakfast but a bit disorganised. Street and other rooms noise. Lift can be slow. Some particularly noises guests. The steep and bendy road from Bergamo was challenging to say the least at night

Relaxed stay in charming village
The hotel is located in a charming, little village in Italian Alps. If you need some quiet time away from it all, this is a place for you. The hotel has been refurbished several years ago with a very good quality materials, still feels modern. The breakfast was very good. This price was good too, though travelling here cost some extra money. But it definitely worth it. The scenery around the village is fantastic. The bed linen was very clean, changed every day. I paid to stay half a day longer, the bed linen still has been changed. I would mind if it wouldn't. The bed and the pillows were very good quality. The temperature of the room was excellent. I also liked that the room had a balcony with a mountain view.
When I arrive to the hotel, the receptionist asked me to leave my passport with him and go to my room. This made me to panic a bit. The first thing I was told when travelling abroad - not to leave my passport anywhere. I travel quite often, nobody asks me to leave my passport at reception. I don't know why they needed it to be left with them. All the information they required was the password number, my date of birth and the passport expiry date. I got my passport back after about half an hour. But I hope the reception will change their policy and won't ask their guests to leave their passports in the future. The room would benefit repainting or just washing off a few dirty marks on the walls. Also there is some mould in between tiles in the bathroom.

One night in Selvino
Great location, clean and wonderful rooms. Breakfast included a lot of variety of food, there is a possibility of taking lunch and dinner I can definitely recommend this place with beautiful views and surroundings. Well-equipped rooms.
The staff at the reception is not able to transfer information among themselves (confirmation of payment, storage of our ID, ...)
